All sales are final. No refunds - no exceptions.

We are not responsible for accounts not used (ticket booked) within 60 days.

While we provide accounts that have been verified and authenticated, we assume no responsibility for tickets canceled/flagged and/or accounts shut down.

In the event that a ticket gets canceled due to the account holder's mistake, you will be refunded for the cost of the miles.

No account may be overused without explicit permission.

By conducting transactions on this website, you agree that payment will be made within 48 hours.
